As an important component of the modern supply chain system, the development level of cold chain logistics is directly related to people's livelihood issues such as food safety and drug quality. In the technical architecture of the cold chain system, the refrigerated truck, as a mobile temperature control unit, undertakes the core function of the whole temperature guarantee. This paper will systematically analyze the key role of refrigerated trucks in modern logistics system from four dimensions of technological evolution, application status, industry challenges and development trends.
